Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This Policy explains how Diamond Apps AG ("we," "us") collect, use, and protect information on the MSA Arcade Mania website ("Site"). By using the Site you accept this Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is reasonably necessary:
  • Account data: Username and e-mail; a parent or guardian may provide their e-mail when acting for a child (see Section 7)
  • Technical identifiers: IP address, device/browser type, cookie and advertising identifiers
  • Usage logs: Gameplay metrics, pages visited, button clicks

We do not request your real name, address, payment details, or precise location.

2. How We Use Information

  • Run, secure, and maintain the Site.
  • Provide core features (gameplay, leaderboards, virtual tokens).
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Measure how the Site is used and improve it (see Section 5).
  • Show advertising that funds the free-to-play Site (see Section 4).
  • Enforce our Terms and protect users from misuse or fraud.

No real-money prizes, NFTs, or cash-outs are offered.

3. Cookies & Similar Tech

We and our partners use first-party and third-party cookies and local storage to:
  • Essential: keep you logged in and keep the Site secure;
  • Preferences: remember your settings;
  • Analytics: measure Site performance and usage (Section 5);
  • Advertising: serve and measure ads (Section 4).

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through a cookie banner before using cookies for personalized advertising or third-party analytics. Ads served without that consent are non-personalized but may still use cookies for frequency capping, aggregate reporting, and fraud prevention (Section 4), and we use strictly necessary first-party storage (login session, first-party usage analytics — Section 5) without consent where permitted.

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time via the Cookie Settings link (also available in the homepage footer), and you may disable cookies in your browser — though some features may then not work.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

The Site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads on this Site:

  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet — but only where you have consented to advertising cookies.
  • Without that consent, we request non-personalized ads, which do not use cookies for ad targeting but may still use them for frequency capping, aggregate ad reporting, and to combat fraud and abuse.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and opt out of some other third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info/choices. How Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

5. Analytics

We use analytics to understand how the Site is used:
  • First-party analytics: usage data (pages viewed, clicks, game events) linked to your account or device, processed only on our own servers and not shared with third parties.
  • Amplitude: product analytics, including limited session replay (with text inputs and sensitive values masked). Amplitude only runs after you consent to analytics cookies.

6. When We Share Data

We disclose data only:
  • to trusted service providers (hosting, security, analytics) bound by confidentiality;
  • to advertising partners as described in Section 4 — Google acts as an independent controller of data it processes to serve ads;
  • to comply with law or lawful requests;
  • as part of a corporate reorganisation, provided the successor honours this Policy.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site welcomes users of all ages. If you are under 13 (or under your country's digital-consent age), a parent or guardian must review and accept the Terms and this Policy on your behalf.

Parents may review, delete, or refuse further collection of a child's data by writing to [email protected] with the subject "COPPA Request".

8. Data Retention & Security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security on the Internet.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
  • access or correct personal data;
  • request deletion;
  • object to processing or withdraw consent (including cookie consent, via the Cookie Settings link in Section 3, at any time).

Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will appear here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
