Terms of Use

By accessing or using the MSA Arcade Mania website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site.

To create an account or use interactive features you must:

• be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher); or
• have your parent or legal guardian review and accept these Terms and supervise your use of the Site.

Parents may review, delete, or stop further collection of a child's data by emailing [email protected] with the subject "COPPA Request."

You agree to:

• provide accurate, current information;
• keep credentials confidential;
• maintain only one account; and
• notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

The Site may issue virtual items, points, or "MSA Tokens" solely for entertainment. These items:

• have no real-world monetary value;
• are non-redeemable, non-transferable, and non-convertible into cash or prizes; and
• may be modified or deleted at our discretion without compensation.

To keep matches available at all hours, some opponents in multiplayer modes (such as Case Battles) may be automated players ("AI Players") operated by the Site rather than human users. AI Players:

• may appear in lobbies, matches, and scoreboards under ordinary display names;
• play under the same match rules as human players; and
• never collect winnings — when you win a match against an AI Player, your rewards are paid in full, exactly as in a match against a human opponent.

The prohibition on bots and automated means in Section 6 applies to users of the Site; it does not restrict AI Players operated by the Site itself.

You must not:

• violate any law or regulation;
• disrupt the Site or other users;
• use bots, scripts, or other automated means;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
• copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer Site content without permission.

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Diamond Apps AG. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Apps AG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination you may lose access to your account and virtual items, and we shall have no liability for such loss.

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will indicate changes. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Zug, Switzerland.
